Nighting quickly forms hand seals and uses his lightning speed.

Desription: Allows the user to move at insanely fast speeds. The Sharingan has trouble keeping up with the user. This consumes a great amount of chakra if used continuously.

He then appeared behind Arashi to make the water have to go through Arashi before hitting Nighting. At the same time, Nighting put a chakra blade with lightning in it to Arashi's neck to prevent him from moving easily. He could care less about the outcome of Itachi as long as he didn't look into his eyes or hands. He also needed to make sure that Itachi didn't take advantage and try to get him from behind, so he had another chakra blade behind his back.

[Itachi Uchiha]

Itachi managed to dodge the windmill shurikens. And fter see the mist that Arashi formed, Itachi immediately took action afterward. He started forming a set off hand seals as the mist formed. "That idiot, he can't see me in this mist. But this was a smart way to attack. Dochuu Eigyo - Underground Fish Projection". Itachi then disappeared into the earth, he used the mist in order to hide the fact that he was no longer there.

Itachi sent two of his clones at Arashi from underground. Their main purpose were to sneak up on him and pull him down. Which would let him be at Itachi's mercy. Itachi then sent another clone, it be a couple of meters behin the mist. Essentially out of sight. The clone would then start to form a couple of hand seals. "Kokuangyou no Jutsu - Journey into Black Darkness Technique". Arashi would then get caught into the darkness technique hopefully. He was in a tight situation, Itachi used this time to stay out of the firing line, by keeping below surface.

Kokuangyou no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the ninja's opponent to be enveloped in total darkness. While in the black void, the ninja will be unable to see any incoming attack or threat.

Doton • Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. Using the Oboro Bunshin, the Rain Genin use the clones to confuse their enemies and then hide within the earth. From the shadows of the clones, the actual ninja can then attack their target.

I can't see anything in the darkness, what is Itachi planning it's probaly something dangerous well it doesn't matter"Arashi begins to form handsigns and makes three water clones to protect him from all sides he then makes more hand signs and uses a kumo no float jutsu to fly up to the sky "I will let my clones fight for me and as for this genjutsu" Arashi bites his lower lip to cause pain to release the jutsu "now lets see what happens" Arashi puts a smile on his face while blood drips from his lip "Now then Itachi what will you do" arashi looks for signs of Itachi's movements

[Itachi Uchiha]

"Thats not so bad Arashi, I'm actually impressed by your efforts". Itachi said as he emerged from the ground forming a set of hand seals. "Ninpou- Henpentaru Karasu- Fluttering crows". This will cause a flock of crows to appear above and around Arashi. Its another genjutsu test for him. The crows will fly over and around arashi. They will flop their wings causing feathers to fall. These feathers are able to cause the genjutsu. And if that didn't work, making eye contact with the crows will be dangerous.

Itachi then began to form another set of hand seals in quick succession. "Kuchiyose no jutsu Ryudenkou (Thunder dragon)". Itachi shouted as the dragon appeared. Itachi then hopped onto its back and smiled. "How about a couple of those lightning projectiles". Itachi said as the dragon let out a chuckle. It then flew upward, heading towards Arashi. It had been a while since itachi called out the thunder dragon.

Kuchiyose no jutsu Ryudenkou (Thunder dragon)

Ryudenkou is an eastern type dragon that utilizes the lighting element. It is able to channel lighting through its body. And also to create barriers, in order to stop incoming attacks. Ryudenkou also shoot lighting projectiles from its mouth, at his opponents. Ryudenkou is also capable of coiling around his opponents. And electrocute them via the lighting element.

Ninpou- Henpentaru Karasu- Fluttering crows

Henpentaru Karasu is a genjutsu attack, the user will form the hand seals. In which a large flock of crows will appear. The crows will start flopping their wings as they flying over and attack the opponent. As the loose feathers fall, it will induce the genjutsu. By also making eye contact with the crows, the opponent will fall into a genjutsu. So by the end of the attack, the opponent will be in a genjutsu. While inside the genjutsu, the opponent, will then be at the users mercy. Unless there able to dispel the genjutsu.

As the crows fly towards Arashi he gets caught in their genjutsu. "Damn it I hate freaking genjutsu". Arashi pulls out a kunai and stabs his leg to release the genjutsu."I'm tired of Itachi's freaking genjutsu". Arashi then notices that Itachi is riding a dragon and the dragon just shot lightning projectiles at him."What the hell!" Arashi makes his cloud dodge some of the lightning attacks but one of them hits his cloud and another lightning projectile hits Arashi's shoulder the cloud then disappears."What should I do".

Arashi thinks of a plan while falling back to the ground and having effects of paralysis from Itachi's attack "Well I guess I should stop my falling first".Arashi shrugs his paralysis off and points his sword at the ground and uses a heki harou to slow down his fall."Now then it's my turn lets see you do something about this Itachi".Arashi puts a smile on his face and begins to form handsigns he starts to form many kumo bakudan's and has them combine together to form one huge kumo bakudan."Now Itachi lets see what you will do about this".Arashi then sends his cloud at Itachi to see what would he do."I dont even know how big of a blast that cloud will make, I guess we will find out".Arashi then waits for Itachi's next move

[Itachi Uchiha]

Itachi saw that the arashi was able to escape his genjutsu again. A smile came to his face as he watched him falling. Ryudenkou's attacks were able to hit Arashi this time round. But it seems Arashi had a few tricks of his own this time. Itachi watched as the cloud came towards him. "Fly wide of that thing, that is no regular cloud". Itachi said "You don't need to tell me that". Ryudenkou replied as he went around the cloud and soared high into the sky. Itachi then watched the cloud as it moved trying his best to stay clear of it.

Itachi then took out three kunais, they had exploding tags attached them. Itachi then flew in a flanking position, while making sure to stay clear of the clouds. He threw the kunais from three different directions in quick succession. He would then watch to see how Arashi would react.

"Now I see why you are the leader of Akatsuki Itachi".Arashi begins to form handsigns and uses a kumo habe jutsu to block the incoming kunai."Now Itachi lets see how you will handle this".As the kumo habe cloud disappears Arashi touches his forearm to summon another windmill shuriken."Now my clouds soround him".Arashi then has his clouds sorround Itachi from all directions.

"Now eat this Itachi".Arashi then places a paper bomb on the windmill shuriken and then throws it at a cloud causing the cloud to explode."Now this will cause a chain reaction and cause the other clouds to explode as well,now Itachi lets see you escape this you can't possibly dodge all the explosions".Arashi then forms more handsigns and makes four kumo bushin's."Just incase something happens I will be ready".Arashi then has his clones surround him from all sides and waits to see if Itachi will do something.

[Itachi Uchiha]

"What is he planning now" Itachi said to himself as he watched Arashi closely. "What the hell". Itachi said as the clouds surrounded him, a smile came to his face as he saw the windmill shuriken launched. "Ryudenkou, use your barrier quickly". Itachi said as the barrier went up. The clouds started exploding all around Itachi. "who convenient that were". Itachi the smiled as he looked at the clouds. He could see the chakra color from the explosions. "Ryudenkou, charge up your barrier with electricity and head for Arashi". Itachi said as the barrier's electric surges became more visible.

Out of the smoke that the clouds left behind, the dragon flew. There were water left over from the explosion, but it evaporated as it touched the electric barrier. Itachi had a smile of his face as the dragon flew towards Arashi. He started forming a couple of hand seals as the dragon flew towards Arashi. "Ninpou Ryuu Engo (Dragon protection)". A dragon appeared around Itachi and coiled around him, protecting from an attack. Just in case Ryudenkou's attack didn't work.

After forming the necessary hand seals. An eastern like dragon will coil around the user. As it coils, the dragon will cover every inch of his body. Protecting the user from harm. Its body is very and can withstand a lot of pressure before breaking.

[Oniki Gamashi]

Oniki was tired of watching this little spar"you guys look like you could use a hand.Get ready to attack!"he said with a serious look in his eyes as he drew a kunai from his cloak.The kunai had a yellow scroll wrapped around it.Oniki threw it up at itachi and prepared to attack afterwards,his sealing blade would seal away the dragon's electric chakra."I've been sitting still for far too long.Its time you see how these little'presents'can be used,Itachi."oniki said as his kunai came close to the barrier.He hoped Itachi wouldnt force him to use the mysterious 6th sealing scroll.

Arashi uses a body flicker technique to escape itachi's attack, and notices that Oniki is attacking now."Well Oniki is fighting to,I guess I've seen enough of Itachi's jutsu for today".Arashi then sheathes his sword and begins to talk to himself."Well I will just let them fight it out now, I'm tired anyway".Arashi then uses a kumo float to leave the area."I wonder if they noticed me leave, well I guess it doesn't matter I have something important to do".
